We're committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a customer-friendly return policy to ensure your peace of mind

Return Policy:

• Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, both for online and in-store purchases.

• Item Conditions: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and free of any damage or signs of wear and tear. To ensure a smooth return process, please retain all receipts and documentation related to your purchase.

• Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt, order confirmation email, or packing slip, when returning an item.

• Refund Method: We issue refunds in the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the same card, while cash purchases may be refunded in cash or via store credit at the store's discretion. Purchases made with a check will require 10 business days before a return can be processed. Cash purchases, in excess of $150, will be refunded by check sent to customer’s home via US Mail.

Online Returns:

To initiate an online return, contact our customer service team or visit the store where the product was picked up. Additional steps, such as obtaining a return authorization number or shipping the item back to the company, may be required for online returns.

Exceptions:

Please note that certain products may have specific return limitations due to safety reasons or manufacturer policies. These include chemicals, paint, opened software, clearance items, and customized products. If you have any doubts about the return eligibility of a product, please refer to the product's packaging or contact us directly.

Gas Powered items are not returnable if gas or oil has been put in them. If items have been fueled, the customer should visit an authorized service center for repair. See associate for details.

Tinted paint is not returnable.

Seasonal holiday items (such as Christmas trees, lights, and décor) are only returnable until December 24th at the purchased price.  After the holiday, the item can only be refunded for the lowest clearance price for that item.

Coupons are not refundable. The value of a coupon used for an item will be deducted from the refund amount for that item.

Special-order items from our warehouse must be returned within 15 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Custom special-order items such as windows and doors, trusses, and other custom lumber & building material items are not returnable. Cut lumber is not returnable.
